R-S700BL sounds fantastic – the much better the plan resource (mostly CD’s but also some old but incredibly really good reel to reel tapes) the more effective the sound. R-S700BL truly competes with some really large quality separates I’ve owned in the previous. FM reception is poor here but I’m not into FM radio anyway (except for background noise). As typical, Crutchfield’s service was outstanding – the unit came double-boxed and shipment was rather speedy. I am pretty pleased with R-S700BL.

I purchased this R-S700BL receiver for the reason that Yamaha has a excellent reputation with their Organic Sound elements sounding superb and considering the fact that I am an audiophile downsizing from my 11 year Adcom separate parts. I hoped R-S700BL was a really good choice and I was best.

This R-S700BL receiver is one of the number of stereo receivers nevertheless on the market (I have no desire for residence theater stuff) and to my surprise R-S700BL has crystal distinct sound, amazing presentation and broad and precise sound stage.
